Shipping Policy
At Browne Beauty, we aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and convenient. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, the delivery services available, shipping charges, estimated transit times, and important information about receiving your order.
Shipping Destination
Browne Beauty currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Customers must provide a complete and valid U.S. shipping address when placing an order.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer two shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is available under the following terms:
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: $8.00 for orders under $70.00
FREE Standard Shipping for orders of $70.00 or more
Once an eligible order reaches the $70.00 threshold, the Standard Shipping charge will be waived.
Express Shipping
For customers who prefer faster delivery:
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: $15.00
Express Shipping is a separate expedited service. The $15.00 Express fee applies even if your order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.
The available shipping method and applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and processed during regular business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are normally excluded from business-day calculations.
Please note that order processing occurs before carrier transit begins. The estimated shipping periods listed above generally apply after your package has been prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing times may occasionally be extended during holidays, promotional events, periods of increased order volume, or unexpected operational circumstances.
Estimated Delivery
The 1–2 business day Express and 3–5 business day Standard delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery schedules may be affected by severe weather, carrier service disruptions, transportation delays, seasonal shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Browne Beauty.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after your package has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and register your shipment. Tracking information may not show movement immediately after shipping confirmation is issued.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Please carefully verify your recipient name, street address, apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact Browne Beauty as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with an address correction before shipment, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the package has entered the carrier network.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order does not arrive within the anticipated timeframe, please review the latest tracking information provided by the carrier.
If a package appears significantly delayed or potentially lost in transit, contact Browne Beauty with your order details. We will review the available shipping information and assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
Packages may be returned when a carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related issue.
If an order is returned to us, please contact Browne Beauty so we can review the circumstances and determine the available resolution. Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is necessary due to inaccurate customer-provided delivery information, where permitted by applicable law.
